Quay 3 is led and owned by Chris Lansdown who – as a third-generation builder – has building in his blood. Chris is a construction expert who holds more than 20 years of professional experience.

Chris founded Quay 3 constructions to be an open, honest builder with a focus on delivering quality on time and on budget. 

Quay 3 prides itself on providing a comprehensive suite of services that complement our core construction business.  Our construction methods stress a high level of quality, safety, and well-being within our workforce and the surrounding community. We pride ourselves on working well within the parameters of relevant laws, whilst being environmentally conscious, through sustainable development.

Professionally, I have found Chris to be efficient, thorough and well organized. He has a good working knowledge of building industry standards, the approvals system and regulatory requirements. A recent project in which I was involved with Chris in the capacity of building certifier, was the construction of a dwelling at 252 Compton Park Road Berrima. The build was completed seamlessly from start to finish and in a timely manner. The build required special finishes which were completed with excellent attention to detail.
